forgot to add for breakfast: 1 pc, chicken nugget
lunch:
- 1 can, tuna sisig
- 2 pcs, soft tortilla
merienda:
- 1 pc, soft tortilla
- 1 pack, peanuts 50g
merienda, part 2
- 2 slices, raisin bread w/ tuna spread
dinner:
- ginisang upo
- 2 pcs, fried fish
- 1 pc, banana (w/ peanut butter, hehe!)
let the diet begin!
actually, it already started... more than a month ago. (or is it two months now?)
i lost count. dionne is now in a
strict phase 1
south beach diet, whereas i... i'm in a
semi-phase 2 diet. 'won't last without pita bread/wheat pandesal/soft tortilla. hehe!
to help us monitor what we eat, we will list (almost) everything here.
this morning, i had:
- 1 can, chunkee corned beef
- 1 pc, soft tortilla
- 2 slices, sugar-free gardenia bread (with jif peanut butter filling)
i hope i can last until lunch time, roughly at 11am.
