congo grille (sm san lazaro)
january 28, 2006: my mother's birthday.we had dinner at congo grille (sm san lazaro). menu consisted of: tinomok, chicken fingers, crispy pata, lumpiang shanghai, pansit molo soup, pork sisig and congo rice. i expected something special from the congo rice... to our dismay, it's just colored rice. :(
